Everything was great except for the sets of stairs. We should have predicted them. Most beach houses have steps. We forget as we age that some are harder to climb especially with heavy bags.

Guest services were 35 minutes late to check us in (check in was at 4 and we couldn’t access room until 4:35). Also, we selected early check in as that was a possibility, so we were disappointed in the late check in and it caused us to change/cancel our plans that evening. Very disappointing especially considering that check out is at 10 am.
Also - stairs windows hand railings and siding were covered in bird poop. A 20 minute pressure wash would fix this problem and make the building much more sanitary.
As to the condo - was OK, but no spare bedding (blankets, sheets, etc.). There were, but it was a burlap military style blanket and sheets could be just slightly improved.
