VILLINO DOLCE VITA - a 40 mt dal mare in LIDO DI ENEA - Ombrellone in spiaggia privata

Great house, very spacious with 3 double rooms and 1 single room. 2 bathrooms and 2 additional ensuite toilets. Kitchen is very well equipped. Great outside space to eat and lounge. House is fully air conditioned and the jaccuzzi is great to cool down! Towels, soap, bedding all provided and a washing machine with all cleaning products The location is great, 2min walk from the beach (There is snack/bar there and more bars if you walk further down the beach). The estate is gated so very safe for kids and it's very quiet. There is a bar, a restaurant (Eat In & Take Out) and small shop just around the corner from the house and people were so friendly (Ambrose in the bar was a gent). There is a bigger supermarket a short drive away for grocery shopping (15-20min walk if you don't have a car). The town of Terracina is only a 15min drive with plenty of restaurants and shops. Sandra (The host) was brilliant. She was there to greet us and gave us loads of advice and tips about where to eat, places to visit, etc...

Tutto! Villa fantastica all'interno di un comprensorio tranquillo e sorvegliato. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, ragazzi e comitive, in quanto dispone di ben 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni, di cui 1 uno esterno molto grande per farsi la doccia quando si rientra dal mare. Comodissima e spaziosa, è fornita di tutto ciò che serve in una casa vacanza ed anche di più. Se si vuole, si può usufruire anche della vasca idromassaggio. Lasci la macchina e non la riprendi più fino a fine vacanza, in quanto mare a due passi a piedi, con Lido convenzionato, e comoda rosticceria tavola calda dietro casa, con annesso bar e piccolo centro commerciale con piazzetta, dove spesso organizzano spettacoli e dance. Insomma, vacanza fantastica!!! Relax, mare, divertimento, e super attenzione da parte della host Sandra, che si è sempre mantenuta in contatto con noi. Una piacevole scoperta.

Die Unterkunft war optisch wirklich sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung passte gut zum Haus und die Nähe zum Strand war natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt. Außerdem war die Unterkunftsverwalterin grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt organisatorisch sehr chaotisch und wenig erholsam. Der Check-in war lang, bei Ankunft war die Reinigung noch nicht fertig und gleichzeitig waren Gärtner bzw. Arbeiten vor Ort, wodurch Ruhe und Privatsphäre gestört wurden. Der Jacuzzi war nicht einsatzbereit und ungepflegt, vieles wirkte unvorbereitet. Zudem mussten wir teilweise selbst organisatorische Dinge übernehmen, z. B. die Abstimmung mit dem Elektriker. Das Laden des Autos erfolgte nur über normalen Haushaltsstrom. Für E-Autos ist das wichtig, da die Ladeleistung stark eingeschränkt ist. Die Angabe „Laden möglich“ sollte hier deutlich präziser sein. Der Check-out war schlecht organisiert. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck einer überforderten Verwaltung. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurden wir zudem mehrfach kontaktiert und unter Druck gesetzt, nur eine perfekte 10/10-Bewertung abzugeben oder gar keine. Das wirkte auf uns unangemessen und beeinflusste unser Vertrauen im Nachhinein. Es wurde nicht alles im Detail beschrieben, da der Text sonst den Rahmen sprengen würde.. Sehr schade, denn die Unterkunft selbst hat eigentlich viel Potenzial. Wir hoffen sehr, dass unsere Ratschläge und Tipps wirklich angenommen und umgesetzt wurden und der Aufenthalt für die nächsten Gäste unkomplizierter und entspannter verläuft als unserer.
