予約チェックインの際、車が到着したらおばちゃんが堂々と我々の目の前に現れてシステムの説明やナンバーチェックをし始めた！その対応は止めるように指導して欲しい。チェックイン後に電話で済む内容だったし、事前の確認で到着時に連絡をして部屋番号を聞いてに入室するだけの案内だったので、ありえない対応に不快感を感じた！ホテル自体は古い割には清掃も行き届いていて良いのであの対応を改めて欲しい。
