Poolside apt in the pines, steps from the Sea

We stayed in Apt 1,right in front of the pool. The owners are very nice people and very helpful. They live in the building so they respond immediately. The apartment was very clean. It is equipped with a microwave, kettle, stove and fridge. No coffee mashine unfortunately and we were unable to drink our coffee in the morning and there was no bar near by. There is a beach across the street in a steep pathway but it doesn't have umbrellas or sunbeds. The owner gave us some to use, which was very much appreciated.

We had no hot water and had to take cold showers after being in the sun a full day. The owners tried until 11 30 pm but could not fix the problem. Also, there is no privacy as the people sitting by the pool are right in front of the apartment so you cannot enjoy. My husband had to work for a few hours when we arrived and it was impossible to concentrate in between the screaming and splashing from the pool. The people sitting and talking by the pool at 2 am also kept us from being able to sleep. The internet is on and off, not working properly. There is no A/C unit in the bedroom, only a fan which I could not use because it makes noise so we had to make due without anything in August.
