The hosts provided a very detailed check-in document, with instructions to access the key to the property very easily. When we arrived directly from the airport, there were two 1L bottles of water waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is located around the corner from a bus stop and there is a Tesco express just a short walking distance. It was convenient to take public transit into Central London every day, but we enjoyed coming back to this quiet neighborhood in Putney to unwind at the end of each day. The Italian restaurant next to the Tesco was delicious! And The Telegraph pub, which is an enjoyable walk or short bus ride away, was delicious with an amazing ambiance. We loved having three bedrooms! Each one had a fan and the windows opened easily so we could have cool air come in at night. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. They also provided more than enough bath towels and toiletries. The two comfy couches in the living room gave us plenty of space to relax and have movie nights. This apartment was a great amount of space for our family of six! The host reached out and checked in with us throughout the trip. They responded quickly to any questions. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable place at a slower pace than Central London, this is perfect!

Good communication from host with fast response. Getting keys were easy and good instructions to get to the house. Clean and neat property. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of towels and bathrooms well stocked. Space heaters very effective. Spacious fridge, and kitchen. House had cozy feel. Backyard would be great in summer. Quiet area and felt safe walking at night .Close to bus station (4-5 minutes) and walking distance to train station( about 15-20 minutes). Restaurants, coffee shops and a Tesco 4 minute walk away. Good value for money - best in area.

It was an excellent position, close to buses and trains and a range of lovely suburbs such as Barnes and Battersea.

On our arrival it was not clean. There was dog hair from previous guests all over the sofas and mat and under the sofa cushions hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Kitchen facilities were poor and the dish cleaner left had to be thrown out it was so old and dirty. We found a mess under the kitchen sink and mice droppings. Dirty Windows and mould in the shower and around windows. We requested a cleaner immediately, but had to wait until the next day. It was passable after that but we never really relaxed there. Pillows were old and flat and uncomfortable. No mattress or pillow protectors which is a must for rentals. Linen very tired with holes in our bottom sheet. The property was badly maintained with scratched and dirty walls, picture fallen off a wall not replaced. No effort to present the property well. No welcome book or even milk in the fridge. Kitchen wall stained and dirty. Alll coloured walls needed repainting. Marketed by Tafiga as high end , it was far from it. Nothing like the pictures online. One of the worst in many years of travelling.
