Alizee was prompt, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was clean, bright and generally comfortable but with a few small detractions set out below. The location was exactly what we wanted with excellent local facilities. The building was secure as was the underground parking. The apartment was nice and quiet.
Rectification of these few small issues would enhance a stay:
Heavy rain before we arrived meant large puddles in the underground parking, particularly near our allocated space which did not drain away; broken showerhead fixing; only 1 bedside table and light for a double bed; empty kitchen towel inner, coffee pods box and air freshener left in apartment together with half a bottle of juice in the fridge; no hand towels; no full length mirror
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
Alles was oké. Mobiele airco had geen superkracht
10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
