Incorrect address given, communication initially very poor. No instructions for Wi-Fi code. I had to message. Shower screen and patio doors not clean. Dog hairs on floor. 3 half used tiny toiletries. Other persons belongings left in the apartment. Minimal equipment in kitchen. Owner try to palm me off with hand soap for washing the dishes. Claimed that was washing dishes. Then someone round with washing liquid. Then offered to buy toiletries when I complained (but stated that it wasn’t part of the contract)?? I sent the owner a screen shot of where it is advertised toiletries are provided. This was by far value for money. I messaged the owner to request 30% refund and stated why. The message was read and no reply to date. I also expressed my discontentment on arrival at the property. An extortionate and in my opinion a greedy amount of money to request staying at this property. I’ve travelled round Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica for 6 weeks and I’m well versed on prices and accommodation. I feel severely let down with this property and was hardly luxurious for the price I paid.
