Message très clair du propriétaire pour l'arrivée Appartement joliment décoré, confortable, cosy, propre, bien équipé et placé en plein centre ville
Prévoir des rideaux occultants pour la chambre Placée dans une petite ruelle, donc une vue pas dégagée et fenêtre de la chambre condamnée.

La déco. L'aménagement du séjour/cuisine. La proximité des rues commerçantes et de la plage. Le calme du logement. L'équipement global sdb, cuisine, TV.
L'impossibilité de stationnement gratuit à proximité. Il faut aller vers le marché Arago (1 km) pour en trouver dans les rues adjacentes. Le lit est déformé et vous emmène vers le centre. Le manque de soleil direct dans le logement.

Le logement très propre et fonctionnel. Déco sympa. Silencieux, car la rue du Palais est très peu passante ce 31 décembre 2025.Chauffage efficace
Stationnement difficile dans la Rue du Palais, le stationnement payant à proximité est mal agencé et place trop petite pour SUV ou break. Nous avons trouvé des place gratuite dans les rue proche du Marché Arago.
