Xenia Sea view Villa

La villa è meravigliosa, dotata di ogni comfort. Le stanze sono tutte spaziose con grandi bagni en suite, terrazzino e letti comodissimi. C’è poi un quarto bagno di servizio con spazio lavatrice. La cucina è anch’essa comoda e attrezzata. Il soggiorno grande e arioso con incredibile vetrata sulla piscina che merita un’ulteriore menzione speciale. Splendida e pulitissima, il manager veniva a controllare i livelli di cloro e pulire di continuo, sempre con discrezione, concertando gli orari più comodi; per noi è stato la mattina molto presto, dormivamo e non ci siamo mai neanche accorti della sua presenza. Posizione imbattibile sia per la vista ipnotica che per girare l’isola. Xenia e Eduard sono discreti, sempre disponibili, gentilissimi. Il manager della proprietà, Marios sempre presente per occuparsi tempestivamente di qualunque necessità. Un posto incantevole e magico. Grazie di tutto.

Absolutely fantastic villa. We spent three nights here with the family in August and left wishing we had booked longer. The living room is enormous, the bedrooms are generous, and everything is modern and spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi runs at 170 Mbps with full coverage across the whole villa and the garden, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. The infinity pool is the star, with sun loungers standing in the water so you can lie half-submerged looking out to sea. There's an outdoor shower right beside it that we ended up using far more than we expected. What really sets the place apart is the architecture and the attention to detail. Our favourite spot was the large recessed alcove: shaded all day long, perfect for an afternoon nap with a book, and where we kept ending up in the evening. And the sunrises and sunsets, framed by the arches, the clean lines and the quietly harmonious colours, turn an ordinary morning coffee or evening drink into something you remember. Add air conditioning that is both effective and genuinely quiet, plus a Marshall speaker, and there was nothing left to wish for. The location works better than the map suggests. The villa isn't directly on the sea, but Mylonas Bakery is two minutes away by car and we went there for breakfast, coffee, snacks, ice cream, water and lunch to take to the beach. Excellent quality, cheap, packed in the mornings. The centre of Zakynthos and its taverns are ten minutes away, the beaches about the same, and the airport also only ten. A car is a must here, but with one everything is close and you still keep the privacy. That privacy is what we valued most. On the terrace, on a lounger, in the pool or in the outdoor shower, the place is completely yours and nobody can see in. It's the kind of freedom you stop even thinking about after a day, and it's getting harder to find. We hope it stays this way for as long as possible. Highly recommended. We'd come back without hesitation.

Amazing view. Lovely vibe

It was an amazing place! Very clean and we had everything we need. The location was great close the the nice beaches and the Zante town. Great value for money. The pictures shown are exactly the way everything looks. No doubt I would choose the same place when visiting again. 🙏
