Lots of sleeping room, easy to access, quiet, good location, easy parking and free laundry.
The shades in the bedroom didn't block any light, so I was awake with the sun every morning. Also, it could have been cleaner - when we arrived there was a dirty towel folded with the clean ones, a used fake eyelash on the vanity, etc. All very easy to fix, but it wasn't clear how well the unit had been cleaned before we got there. Finally, there was no drain stopper so it was difficult to wash dishes.

I liked that it was on the ground floor and was very colorful. Me and my husband needed a place to stay for his work trip and we are not Taylor swift fans so this was a very comedic stay for us. We called it our “Tay Tay home”. There was also a little grass area for my dog so that was good. Kitchen is functional and washer/dryer works as well.
I didn’t like how hard the beds were. They were much harder than your average motel bed (Econolodge, motel 6, ect.) The couch was also not very comfortable as the cushions were quite worn out in the middle.
