The host was very accommodating and responsive! We were a little apprehensive since this place had no reviews but I'm here to remedy that lol the place itself is spotless and complete with everything you might need. We also had no trouble checking in, the building was easy to find, seems very secure, and the elevators are really quick. There's also a CU right outside the building and a GS25 nearby. The views out the two windows are beautiful, both Gwangan bridge and Gwangalli beach clearly visible, and the location is great—around a 2 min walk to the beach with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. There were 3 of us that stayed here and while there is only 1 bed that could fit 2 of us, the roll out mats and extra beddings were actually quite comfy to sleep on even after a long concert day. We wished we could've stayed longer and would love to come back!

It's a little far from most public transportation, around a 20 min walk to the nearest subway station. The walk takes you by the beach so it's scenic at least with a lot of restaurants and shops, but it is still quite a walk 😆
