Great location and really good instructions provided by the owner - Giorgio. The property was clean and well equipped with everything you might need in an apartment. There’s also air conditioning in the entire place. You can literally see lake Lecco from the living room window.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist super ausgestattet und liegt perfekt am See sowie fußläufig entfernt von schönen Restaurants und Cafés. Es gab nichts, was wir während unseres Urlaubs vermisst haben!
Darüberhinaus ist der Gastgeber Giorgio unglaublich hilfsbereit und fürsorglich, was unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Bei Problemen und Nachfragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und hat alles versucht, um uns zu unterstützen.
All in all absolut zu empfehlen :)
Der einzige Negativpunkt war die Toilette, da sie etwas unbequem ist.
Das alleine reicht aber nicht, um weniger als die volle Punktzahl zu vergeben.

Wonderful property which is equipped with everything you could need for a great stay. The location is superb with great views of the lake.
Giorgio could not have been more helpful. He provided recommendations for restaurants, parking, activities…nothing was too much trouble.
The coffee shop below is so good.
Malgrate is a lovely location opposite Lecco. Some great restaurants as options if you didn’t want to leave the area.
Overall I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this amazing apartment.
