Location! Near the Train

The house was spacious, with a good layout. Lots of seating in different locations throughout the house for when family visitied. Kitchen facilities were good, and we didn't lack anything. The kids appreciated the games that were provided onsite. Everything was clean.

I can't actually think of anything that wasn't up to standard. Perhaps that the blankets in the wardrobes smelled quite musty, but we didnt use them, so we didn't need to go in there.

We loved the big rooms, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and the back patio was lovely to sit out on in the morning with a quiet cup of tea! Birds and flowers in the back garden. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The level of cleanliness was not as I’ve experienced in other booking.com accomodation. It needed a through “once over” .. Main bathroom shower had mould in the grouting. Towels were very “rough” (but clean) Only a bottom sheet and doona (no top sheet) and bathroom accessories (a face scrubber and pot holder still wet) The patio had leaves and bird poo.. truly.. nothing major! Just little things… that an eye for detail would see and fix. But over all.. it was a really lovely property..
