We werden vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst. Wat super dat we zowel in garage als een buitenparking hadden, want met dakkoffer konden we niet in de garage. Maar voor de aanwezige periode hebben we deze er af gehaald en konden dan ook de wagen in garage plaatsen

eigenlijk helemaal niets, was er zo fijn te verblijven

1. Attention: In contrast to a lot of other offers for Cote Azur holidays at booking (be aware, booking isn't checking that upfront!), here you get exactly what is pictured - it's pure and 100% WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). 2. It is a small apartment, but absolutely sufficient for a family of 4 people and you will have anything needed to have a relaxing time. 3. Be aware that the flat has "only" 2 airco's, one in the living room, the other is in the bedroom close to the balcony. The second bedroom has no airco. 4. The kitchen has dishwasher and very important a built in washing machine. The kitchen is sufficient to make your meals, you have a fridge, microwave-oven and anything needed, so you don't have to go to restaurants in case you prefer to keep it your style, cook fresh, stay on budget, supermarkets are not far away. Another plus, the complex is protected, so your car will be safe either on the outside parkingor the optional indoor garage. The complex has a lift, and in contrast to other offers, there no extra cost for energy consumption, water or such things. 5. What we appreciated (you see that on the pictures) was the cute view from the balcony to the sea, that's wonderful and so you can enjoy your stay also when you are not on the beach.Sete is an amazing little town, there are plenty options for beaches, usually you get easy parking places and with the car you need apps. 5-10 minutes only to one of the beaches. 6. The beaches are wonderful (and we have seen a lot all over), none of the beaches is overcrowded, people behave very well, there no dirt around and the people at Sete are amazingly friendly. 7. Attention: The balcony is nice, nevertheless, the railing isn't very high and this could be an serious issue if you have little kids (I am safety engineer, sorry, I see potential issues all over)

We liked the apartment and here are only some ideas for easy further improvement, to make it even better and improving safety (safety engineering view, sorry again) and overall comfort: 1. Installation of another airco in the 2nd bedroom would be a plus. 2. The installed murphy bed in the 2nd bedroom is kinda tricky if you don't watch you feet (bump prone) 3. Installation of door handles on the outside of the big windows to the balcony for living room and 1st bedroom (you just can't open/ close the windows without touching the glass and you need lots of finger force and that is an issue for kids and old people) 4. Improvement of the power outlets as some could be kind of dangerous as there not properly fixed 5. I personally would change the bed in the 1st bedroom to the balcony to a more rough and modern one 6. Again, to my safety engineering pov, the railing of the balcony could be a potential risk if you are with little kids (you can't let them be unattended at the balcony at no time!)

Magnifique vue , calme de la résidence et du secteur (c’était avril : je ne sais comment cela est en pleine saison) , et communication parfaite avec le personnel. Trés agréable séjour de quelques jours. A refaire …

L'appartement était très confortable, conforme au descriptif et la vue était magnifigue. La remise des clés (arrivée et départ) a été réalisée par 2 personnes charmantes et ponctuelles. Le ménage était parfait. Le stationnement était un plus très appréciable. Les petites attentions de bienvenue (vin blanc local au frais et plateau de courtoisie) étaient très appréciables.
