The fire-pit set up is fantastic, and the views of the pond are really incredible, especially out of the windows of the place.
Given the cost of staying, I think it would be better to have someone come and clean up the place instead of having the guests be responsible for cleaning it. Putting things away and prepping are fine, though.

The view was great and it had a fire pit and a picnic table with comfy chairs outside . The bed was comfortable and all appliances worked . The owners supplied 12 packs of water and seltzer which was nice . Air conditioning kept us cool
The final leg onto the property was a bit bumpy but manageable in a car .
