Very quiet, convenient to get to the residence, close to downtown, TV in bedrooms, good showers.The owner was very pleasant and was available when needed..
Through My Experiences..The residence needs more amenities for added convenience. The refrigerator should be filled with Waters, juices, or wines, more seasonings, extra towels on hand if needed. The customer shouldn't have to pay for parking; I paid $60 for 4 days. Most places I stayed were free parking Also I found it difficult to get to the pool.

Is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta so it was 20 minutes walking from Bobby Dodd stadium, the building is behind a Publix with make it an amazing location to buy groceries and at night the was surprisingly quiet, very comfy beds.
Unfortunately and probably something that the owner can not control but we felt a slight smell of marihuana. but we will definitely book this place again.

The location was perfect for the occasion. Within walking distance to our venue and was in a safe neighborhood. Perfect spacing for our party of 4. The host was very responsive and handled any concerns or issues that we might have had
