Lcd - Mimosas

Great location, very close to beach and with pool downstairs. Beds, considering it was a Spanish holiday apartment, were fairly comfy. Brand new bathroom got top marks great, shower did not leak and had an extractor fan! New kitchen, could have done with having a few more utensils and plates but all worked out. There is no kettle and the toaster is fairly old but it worked out. Handy air conditioning as the fan doesn't work. WiFi was strong and fast

Whilst the pool was great for kids, the chlorine content seemed super strong. There were ongoing building works in the flat next door, allowed from 9am till 8pm. This was not great, when needing to work which I made clear from outset when booking. We felt this should have been pointed out and was a strange time to carry out these works being main, high holiday season as even if not working, it was no relaxing. Complex maintenance workers would also carry out loud garden works every day which also was noisy and not great for relaxing. One of the balcony plastic chairs spontaneously collapsed when we were sitting on it, so be careful. Appeared damaged from sun exposure. The bedroom furniture is quite old and drawers stuck, it didn't bother is as such but may put others off. The washing machine is faulty and didn't spin the wash. We had to buy things like dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, kitchen towels, kitchen wipes and more toilet paper etc so be prepared to purchase or bring with you. It also doesn't have basics like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, foil you often find in rental apartment kitchens.
