Good location, close to shops and the city center. Parking was available on the street right in front of the building. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed. The washing machine was definitely a plus.
A relatively new multifunctional oven, which had to be moved to connect it to the power supply because the socket was not working.
It is run by a professional accommodation provider with employees, so communication was poor. They did not respond to some questions at all. They impose strict waste sorting requirements, but do not provide the necessary number of waste bins.
The apartment was full of mosquitoes, the furnishings were old and significantly worn. Many areas had a musty smell. The dishes were very poorly washed, dull, and often rusty.
The windows of the bedroom and living room are right next to a relatively busy street with a lot of traffic.
A cracked mirror in the bathroom, which fortunately did not fall out of its frame.
