Monica was so pleasant and kind of taking care of us before, during, and after our stay. My parents stated this trip was so great because of the accomodation was great and they were able to rest between our tours. Rakel, helped us with checking and getting acquitance with everything around the house. Monica's cousin Michaela was great at coordinating and helping us get the best tour in the Vatican. This would not be a roman holiday without Monica and us staying at her place.

A little bit of a walk from public transportation, due to senior citizens, we need to use freenow, ittaxi or uber which cost little bit more to go to locations.

We are a family of four and have been traveling for several months now. Casa Orchidea Deluxe was the first accommodation where we all felt at home. It is situated in a residential area, and we really enjoyed living like a local in Rome. Although it is not close to the city center, it was easy to get on a bus or the regional train to get around. It is fully furnished with style, the bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds, the kitchen was fully stocked, it had a working washing machine, and the washrooms were spotless! The entire home was spotless!! Monica, our host is fantastic! She reached out to me prior to our arrival via WhatsApp to connect. We were treated to welcome goodies for the entire family, including fresh milk for our kids and a bottle of Prosecco for the adults. Monica and her co-host Alba are very responsive! Monica gave us recommendations for restaurants and even helped us to make a reservation. The restaurant had the best tiramisu- we went back for a second dinner!
