Property was very nice had great amenities and the staff was prompt in replying when there was something I needed
I didn’t realize quite how remote it was so once you started up the mountain there wasn’t any cell service which is my fault for not doing my research and the only cell service you had at the cabin was WiFi.

The lay out and size was great for a family of 4. More space than needed but we took advantage of all of it
The ONLY issue was that the tv and internet were unavailable during our stay. But we understand that we are in the mountains and reception from satellite can be spotty. Neither of those amenities is why we were there so was not a big deal. Management team came out within 24hrs to inspect the issue and was nothing to do with them.

The cabin had plenty of space and we loved the hot tub!
The cabin was 40 mins away from civilization aka Blue Ridge. It was still nice, I just wish we would've prepared better for food.
