Ładny i nowy apartament. Ciepło, czysto, winda, miejsce parkingowe oraz dostęp do strefy basenowej w cenie -wielki plus o tej porze roku.
W ofercie można zaznaczyć, że strefa basenowa znajduje się w innym budynku niż apartament nr 29. Dla mnie nie miało to jednak żadnego znaczenia.

Było czysto. Kawa, herbata.
1. Schody na drugi poziom. Nie było informacji że to schody strychowe. Przy małych dzieciach to byłby bardzo duży problem. Te schody otwierały się i zamykały bardzo ciężko. A były w głównych drzwiach, więc trzeba było je często otwierać i zamykać. 2. Brak ręczników na basen i basen w drugim budynku. O tym też nie było informacji. Przy -10°C to jednak trochę problem. 3. Kod do domofonu. Miałam wrażenie, że naszego kodu używa cały budynek. O każdej porze dnia było słychać pikanie domofonu, że ktoś wchodzi. Od rana do późnego wieczoru. 4. Brak kontaktu ze strony właściciela na wiadomości. Nikt mi nie odpisał na zgłaszane problemy.
