The caravan requires a thorough deep cleaning, as only a basic cleaning service is currently provided inside and on the terrace. There is a significant presence of dust and cobwebs throughout the premises and there was a bottle of alcohol left in the kids room. The kitchen utilities are quite basic, and there are additional charges for duvets, pillowcases, and towels. Considering the price point, we have previously experienced superior holiday parks where all amenities were inclusive.

The caravan itself was lovely and clean and the location was perfect for us. We had a lovely view of the sea from the decking.

A couple of issues / areas of improvement. Kitchen The kitchenware is very minimal, I had to purchase a few extra utensils including a bread knife and wooden spoon. There are no oven dishes available only 2 trays and 3 saucepans + a frying pan. Bathroom With regards to the bathroom, the plastic seal on the shower needs replacing as I noticed this coming apart. The radiator is covered in brown stains which I can only assume must be rust. The tops of the radiators are also leaking water. I eventually found the towel hooks which were hung onto the en suite shower as I didn’t want to leave the towels on the radiators whilst the water is leaking out. Bedroom We found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable during our stay as the mattress has very little support and for two tall people who suffer with back issues and sciatica this was not a good mix. Lounge We found the sofa to be uncomfortable too and noticed a dip in the middle. General There was an incident with the water supply on one night as the park had to be completely shut off at which point we were in the middle of showering and I had to call to find out why we had no water! Aside of the above we had a lovely break and felt the caravan to be spacious.
