The location was close to the metro and bus stations, it was easier to go anywhere, there was averythig needed nearby

The check in was exactly at 3 o’clock, however you should consider that there is no lockers in the hotel, as the hotel was on the second floor of the building where you just can’t enter until 3 o’clock. And there is no reception in case you need anything, you should contact them by WhatsApp. In case you want the towels to be changed, you should ask them, other wise nobody enters your room for cleaning or for changing the towels. It is okay if you are okay with that. We knew it in advance and it was okay for us, we didn’t need anything. It is just something you need to consider.

La ubicación y la cama. El alojamiento es pequeño pero esta bien para pasar unos días.

Nos pusieron toallas sucias. Les contacte por WhatsApp y por telefono y me dijeron q tenian falta de textiles. 5 dias con la toalla sucia. Faltaban trapos de cocina, toalla del lavabo. También faltaba el mando de la tele, lo pedi y me dijeron que lo traerían pero todavia sigo esperando. La alrama de incendios sono cuando estabamos cocinando ya que no habia extractor.

The room was very clean, newly refurbished, great location, very safe, and comfortable.

The TV didn’t work. When we requested the remote control, they said they lost it. We were only given big body towels. No hand towels for the toilet, and no hand towel for the kitchen.

The location was good

- The bathroom sink was plugged and didn't drain water properly although I contacted the flat team/owner, but they didn't fix it. - The price is higher than similar properties.
