Es muy moderno tanto el edificio donde se encuentra como el apartamento, tiene buen parqueo y vistas muy bonitas, está muy bien equipado.
La ubicación no es tan mala pero sí está alejado del centro de la Ciudad de Guatemala.

Es un apartamento con espacio suficiente, muy bonito, cómodo y con todo lo necesario, también muy silencioso. Está cerca del aeropuerto. El dueño del alojamiento súper amable y atento, también el personal de recepción muy amable.
