Le manque d’une place de stationnement attitrée , parking à 15 minutes à pied .pas de chaîne classique à la tv 📺 ( tf1 , la 2, la 3,la 4,la 5,M6….) Par contre BFM ! Et possibilité dé Netflix et Rakuten …

The location is very nice. We were accepted to check-in before 15. 6 is just for the location. If not, I'd put 4.

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived: large dust bunnies on the floor, hair in the kitchen sink, and supposedly "clean" dishes that were still greasy and visibly dirty. In addition, we found used sponges sitting in a bucket of stagnant water inside the bathroom cabinet, which was extremely unhygienic and honestly shocking to discover. This was especially disappointing as we were staying with a young child. We had previously asked if it would be possible to leave our luggage or check in earlier than the official check-in time if available, but we never agreed to arrive to a place without proper cleaning. The level of cleanliness we encountered was unacceptable. The shower/toilet door would not close properly, and part of the bedroom lighting was not working. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The most serious issue was the dining table, which suddenly collapsed directly onto us while we were playing board games with our children. Fortunately, nobody was injured, but it could have ended much worse. We were later charged for the repair of the table. We were told that the apartment had been renovated a year ago. Even if that is true, the renovation was done very poorly. My overall impression is that this place is more like a movie set than a real home — it looks acceptable at first glance, but many things are broken or barely functional. Other issues included: no lock on the bedroom door, a wardrobe door that would not close, a sagging bedroom door that scraped against the floor, and very poor bathroom amenities (three identical half-empty shampoo bottles and no shower gel). It is very frustrating that nobody appears to be monitoring the quality, cleanliness, and overall condition of the apartment. There are so many small defects and maintenance issues that it feels as though problems are simply ignored until guests discover them.
