The place is ok for two people but the sofa bed definitely needs replacing
The apartment was well equipped as regards towels, kitchen utensils etc, and the parking space was just outside.
The sofa bed - used by our teenage children- was inadequate. When opened out, it sagged at both ends because it only had legs in the middle part. Effectively, it was like sleeping on a plank so we had to improvise some form of padding by laying out a duvet under the bedsheets for them. Also, the small terrace and garden area would be much nicer if they were spruced up a bit.

Ok pour une nuit car peu de location sur les Arcs mais pas plus
Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique ainsi que la possibilité d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure
L'appartement était propre mais a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement Plinthes manquantes / moisissures dans la salle de bain / La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas ou en tout cas nous n'avons pas réussi à nous faire un café

Malgré tout... bon séjour.
La propreté laisse à désirer. Les extérieurs très sales , éclairage salle de bains inadapté, beaucoup de toiles d'araignées. WC qui fuit, lavabo bouche, etc.. il nous fallu intervenir pour tout çà

L'appartement est spacieux bien agencé et bien équipé. La climatisation. Les volets qui sont occultant Le parking proche réservé.
C'est un détail mais j'ai payé pour 4 personnes. je pensais que le canapé lit était fait à notre arrivée. D'ailleurs qui n'est pas confortable: très ferme. Adapté plutôt aux enfants
