Простора квартира і зручне ліжко.
Дуже вітряно, вікна і двері на балкон не закриваються належним чином, тому вночі 5 разів прокидаєшся від сильного вітру. Помешкання потребує косметичного ремонту. Стіни потріскані, меблі пошарпані та старі, у ванній не було чисто. Було б добре мати рушникосушку, адже було холодно і одяг не могли ніяк висушити. А ще протікав бойлер і щоночі він капав і не давав заснути. Пледи і декоративні подушки варто теж попрати, запах не був приємним
