Nice place and location. Appreciated central heating and quality fittings. Clear joining instructions
Lighting in rooms too dim. Questionable value for money. At a 5 start hotel the amenities are topped up daily and you have a concierge to meet and greet you. You also don’t have to clear out the garbage. I also didn’t appreciate the THREE reminders check out was at 11am when this is already stipulated in the booking details and joining instructions. The bathrooms weren’t en-suites which was a little inconvenient. There was only one key which made coordination of guests difficult. The shelves were dusty.
