Very high spec and charming
Some appliances or heating and dishwasher weren't self explanatory for operation. A small folder with instructions for these would be helpful.

It was a beautiful little cottage that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable for 6 of us, great appliances and air conditioning. It was very comfortable and made our short stay very enjoyable. I would definitely be booking back here again should we return to Ballarat. The door code was pretty easy to get, and couldn’t fault anything else.
The property advertised 2 bathrooms but it was 1 and a toilet outside. We managed okay but would have preferred two full bathrooms.
