We live 10 minutes away and are happy to meet should any issues arise.
Starting January 2026, we will be able to accommodate short to mid-term stays.
We want every guest to have a safe and enjoyable stay, therefore we want to be up front that our home is not suited for toddlers, young children or pets.
There are safety concerns we want to be transparent about, including glass rocks in the fireplace, fragile glass items throughout the home, ceramic planters, glass and marble tables, large standing mirrors and gates on either side of the home that can easily be opened. For this reason we're unable to accommodate pets and young children. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have!

This home is one block North of main street but feels tucked away with almost a half acre to enjoy.
While there are no sidewalks, you will see neighbors out jogging and walking throughout the day.

You will have access to the entire house and property with the exception of a locked owners closet.
Parking:
The driveway to the left side of the house is where you will park.
Ample, free parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 6, and is strictly enforced. Violation of the city ordinance can result in eviction without any refund.

Every piece of bedding is washed and sanitized before your stay.

The house is equipped with many extra amenities we hope will have you coming to stay again and again.

There is exterior home monitoring for your safety, however we respect your privacy and there is no in home monitoring.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
