Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and a local park, this condo provides easy access to all the amenities you may need during your stay. Meadow Creek Golf Course is just 3.6 miles away, while the popular Brundage Ski Resort is a short 11 miles. Explore the nearby town of McCall, located 11.6 miles away, or venture out to the Lost
Valley Reservoir which is 13 miles from your doorstep.

1) Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Exceptions may apply. Reach out to us!
2) Onsite Parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
3) For the safety of our neighbors and guests, as well as to ensure rental compliance, the entire interior entry of the building is monitored by cameras 24/7.
4) This unit is located on an upper level and there is no elevator, only stairs.
5) PETS: Only 1 dog UNDER 35lbs is allowed. No other pets are permitted. Your pet must be part of your reservation, and the pet fee must be paid upon booking. No pets on the furniture.
6) ABSOLUTELY no smoking or vaping on the premises. This includes the balcony.

The house was very nice and clean and the owners were super thoughtful and communitive to ensure we had everything we needed! Will definitely be staying here again!
