Set of several apartment blocks distributed on the 1st line of the beach with side sea views. They have: living-dining room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, complete bathroom and terrace. .All apartments with microwave, [hidden], washing machine and air conditioning.
AMENITIES:
Elevator, swimming pool (from 01/6 to 30/9). In the urbanization: spa, sports center, supermarket and restaurants. Near disco. Including a parking space.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Equipment, water, gas, electricity, cleaning upon arrival and departure. One parking space per apartment.
ANIMALS:
YES. (1) pet allowed, supplement of 10 EUR/day or 50 EUR/week 80 EUR/fortnight
DEPOSIT:
150 € (by credit or debit card)
Arrivals outside reception hours always on request and with a direct payment supplement of 55 € maximum until 24h. Later they are collected in the mailbox with key, you must contact reception to obtain this code, during office hours.
For stays from September 23 to June 04 for stays of 7 nights or more, electricity consumption is not included, it will be paid at reception according to the meter reading, the meter will be read on arrival and departure (0.35 €/kW)
