About this cabin rental
Welcome to Whispering Pines Cabin - a recently updated, private camp located steps from the town of Old Forge. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home invites you into a beautiful great room covered in pine, tons of natural light and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double and the other with a twin over a double bunk bed. The master suite on the second floor has a queen. The private yard offers a natural fire pit and lots of room to relax and unwind. The wrap around driveway gives you plenty of parking space. It's just a short walk down to the Hollywood Hills Association beach, docks and boat launch where you can enjoy even more of what the area has to offer! In the town of Old Forge there are numerous restaurants, shops, stores and attractions for all ages! Linens are not included. There is a drip & keurig coffee maker, WIFI and propane grill.
Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Known as the 'Snowmobiling Capital of the East,' our region features 500 miles of groomed trails. After your adventures, relax at local bars and restaurants or explore the charming streets filled with shops and attractions.

Beautiful and super cozy cabin! Felt right at home.l as soon as we walked in the door. We loved the outdoor fire pit, very relaxing. This is close to town yet far enough away in a private setting nestled in the woods. Very quiet area with respectful guests all around us. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay for a weekend or even a week away.

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was close to town, yet private; felt very cabin-like, yet had beautiful and efficient conveniences; and featured charming decor. It was a great place to stay, and we will most certainly be back!

My husband and I love Old Forge. I’ve gone there my whole life and we wanted a special cabin for our honeymoon so we found this place. It was beautiful and a great location. We did think from the listing it had water access which is doesn’t but it was fine because we didn’t mind. Other than that everything was great!

someone should have been aware of plumbing issues and addressed them prior to our arrival. Finding that two sinks were draining into pots and pans was a bit of a surprise They overflowed, creating messes that we then has to deal with. The wi-fi shut down every evening at roughly 10 PM, leaving us unable to access TV, internet, etc. Coffee grounds were found in the coffee pot when we went to make coffee. All of this info has been shared with property manager. Not our best experience with VRBO or other similar entities.
