Per HOA rules, no commercial vehicles, no RV's, Boats, Shuttles or Trailers are allowed to park on the street or at the property overnight. A penalty of $100 per night per unauthorized vehicle will incur.
The driveway holds up to 4 vehicles and guests shall only utilize driveway parking, no exceptions. Guests are not allowed to utilize street parking. We are not responsible if your vehicle is towed.
Cameras: Doorbell Camera which can see the entryway. Driveway camera which can see the driveway and front yard.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 9. We liked sitting outside on the screened in porch and it gave us a lot of room to spread out.

We’ve stayed in over 20 vacation rentals the past couple of years and this one was by far the most beautiful place we’ve been in. The house was spotless, decorated perfectly, and everything was so well thought out. You can tell the hosts put real care into it.Our kids absolutely loved the garage that was turned into an extra hangout room with a pool table, ping pong, and darts. It actually made the rainy days fun and we ended up spending a lot of time together in there.The neighborhood was great too, everyone had their Halloween decorations out, and kids were outside playing which made it feel really welcoming. The location was perfect, only about 15 minutes from the beach, and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.The hosts were super nice, very responsive, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property! Our family was very comfortable, the home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The games in the garage were a lot of fun, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is located in a great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Thanks so much, we will be back!
