Per HOA rules, no commercial vehicles, no RV's, Boats, Shuttles or Trailers are allowed to park on the street or at the property overnight. A penalty of $100 per night per unauthorized vehicle will incur.
The driveway holds up to 4 vehicles and guests shall only utilize driveway parking, no exceptions. Guests are not allowed to utilize street parking. We are not responsible if your vehicle is towed.
Cameras: Doorbell Camera which can see the entryway. Driveway camera which can see the driveway and front yard.

Beautiful home for all ages. They thought of everything, baby item, variety of toddler toys and games. Fully stocked kitchen including some basic spices and condiments.Would stay here again and highly recommend for families.

We were in town for my brother's wedding and it was great to have a house large enough for many of us to stay together. Definitely provided a "family feel" over everyone staying separately in hotels. Every room was so clean & comfortable & well stocked with extra pillows/blankets/sheets/towels - honestly everything we could think of & needed. All of the pictures matched the online description exactly & the host was super responsive and easy to work with. Also loved the outdoor and garage areas for our group, as we spent many hours there together and I was so glad to have entertainment options for the kids especially. We made good use of the provided coffee machine & air fryer for busy mornings and late night snacks. Overall it was a really great stay and a great house and perfect for what we needed! Don't hesitate to book!
