Can't say enough great things about our stay!! Everything was as the host said it would be, even better, the rooms were very clean and the bath rooms and showers were nicer than any motel. The property has a large deck, privacy fence and a nice fire pit. Living room and kitchen were large and ready to be enjoyed. If we visit GOTL again we will gladly stay at this property. We had a great stay at Edna’s Lake Home! Everything was exactly as advertised and within walking distance of the best of Ashtabula.

The house itself is OK, but there were a few issues. The dishes and silverware had been put away dirty, so we had to wash everything. The upstairs bathroom door sticks to its frame and made a very loud noise every time it was opened or closed. Also, the second full bath is actually on the first floor off the kitchen and has the washer/dryer in it. The power went out for a couple hours the first night we were there, which was frustrating. The house has AC, but I think it's just downstairs as the upstairs was quite warm.Our biggest issue with this property is that there is a house being built next door and the construction was quite loud. There is also an overturned port-a-potty on the front tree lawn near the walkway to the property. This was not disclosed when we made the reservation or at any time prior to our arrival. If we had known, we would have stayed elsewhere.
