Enjoy the gentle breeze blowing through the tree-filled backyard or take a stroll along the paved walkways around the house. Our home is all on one level and features a wheelchair accessible shower. With ample parking, you can easily bring your entire group. Please note that parties and events are not allowed to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests.
Nestled among the live oak covered hills on 2.5 acres, our comfy home offers a serene retreat adjacent to two other 2.5 acre parcels with connected vacation rentals, each with different amenities and ambiance. Keep an eye out for wildlife, including jack rabbits, deer, quail, red tail hawks, and wild peacocks.
Step inside the family room with unique furnishings, including Native American artifacts, a flat-screen TV with YouTube TV and Netflix, and shelves stocked with books and board games. The home features waterproof laminate wood and tile floors, and newly remodeled granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy adaptable handheld showerheads and a wheelchair accessible shower.
The hall leads to three bedrooms with separate outdoor access. The master bedroom boasts a King-sized log bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The sliding glass door opens onto the shaded patio with a barbecue and oak tree. The dining area has handmade rustic tables from salvaged beetle-killed pine and a newly remodeled kitchen with basic necessities and a laundry room. The large bonus room is perfect for games, gatherings, or extra sleeping space. Dogs welcome!
