Hi, I’m Andrea! My husband Mel and I love hosting, and when he retired as a chef, we jumped at the opportunity to buy this beautiful home, make it special, and share it with guests like you. We take pride in creating a warm and welcoming space where you can relax and feel at home.

Our home is in a quiet, safe & convenient neighborhood, making it perfect for exploring all that New Britain and the surrounding areas have to offer!

You have the whole property for yourself, private driveway, garage and partially fenced in BackYard. It's a corner lot on a well lit & secure street.
Our place is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house with a clean & bright ambiance, enhanced by stunning natural light. We have a fully equipped kitchen with dining space for seamless entertainment and fun with friends and family. Ideally sleeps 6 guests but you can fit 2 more in the living room pull out bed couch or inflatable mattress. We offer parking in the driveway or the enclosed garage.

This was our first house rental and the standard has been set. I couldn't imagine a better experience! The house was absolutely adorable, impeccably clean, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet, the owner was friendly and communicated everything perfectly. I want to go back just for a little getaway! THANK YOU!

Very cozy property in a quiet neighborhood. We had to come into town last minute for a funeral and had to bring our dogs with us. Andrea was a great host and allowed us to stay here. The house had everything we needed for our quick 2 night stay. The backyard was great for a place to let the dogs out. Although we didn't use it, It was nice that the property had a garage we could have parked in. Great Place!

Great house on a nice street. Close to everything. The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive. I'll stay again when traveling to the Newington/ New Britain area.
