On Nordseeallee in Tossens, the 8ER DIEK is taking shape as a beach resort characterised by a passion for Nordic design and high-quality architecture.
42 holiday apartments will be spread across 8 buildings, including a main building housing a restaurant, wellness area and kids’ club.
The first phase of construction is now complete and currently offers 6 holiday apartments in two buildings, each featuring enclosed loggias where, when the wind is blowing in the right direction, you can feel at home even on rainy days.
The apartments are furnished to a very high standard, combining Scandinavian and local classics.

The seven apartment blocks will be completed in just a few weeks’ time.
Day by day, the white sand of the building site is gradually giving way to the interior landscape of the beach resort.
