An escape from the heat and humidity of the summer, or the perfect location for winter activities, it is located close to all that the High Country area has to offer. You can get out and explore or simply enjoy the peacefulness and views from 5100 ft.
A couple reminders about our property. No Pets allowed, COA requirement, the Master bedroom sliding glass door is weather sealed closed to prevent incoming weather as the door bows from the winds which results in large gaps. Plan for replacement Spring 2026.

The house was very nice. Clean and updated with everything we needed. We had an issue with the water freezing before we arrived, which was not the owners fault. He went above and beyond to get it handled.
