30+ Day Stay Requirements:
- A standard lease agreement must be signed before check-in. We’ll send it via DocuSign or email once your booking is confirmed.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and collected outside Airbnb.
- Guests are responsible for utilities exceeding $200/month (if applicable).
- No subleasing, unauthorized occupants, or third-party bookings.
Violations may result in fees or termination of stay.
