This cozy, lakeside cottage offers stunning views of Sundown Lake right out your back door and all the comforts of home, perfectly designed for a relaxed, memorable coastal escape. With three king suites, beautiful Serena and Lily furnishings, and multiple living areas, Cottage by the Shore easily hosts family gatherings or group getaways, just steps from the pool, boardwalk, and pickleball courts.
AMENITIES: At 'South,' enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space: Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake and Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions, and a playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The main living area features beautiful beamed ceilings, two couches, accent chairs, and direct access to the back deck where lake breezes and peaceful views await. The stylish kitchen is equipped with premium Café appliances and a large island with seating for four. A pantry wine fridge, a breakfast nook overlooking the lake, and a dining table for eight invite slow mornings and shared meals.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Cottage by the Shore offers four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. We stayed in Blue Water Villa over 4th of July weekend and it was fantastic! We had a group of nine, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked while still allowing plenty of storage for all the food and drinks we brought. We loved the back porch overlooking the pond. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice that every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We would definitely stay here again as well as recommend Blue Water Villa to our family and friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious and beautifully decorated but comfortable as we had our 3 yr old granddaughter with 4 adults and there weren’t an abundance of decorative items that were toddler sensitive. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the toddler size workbench with tools that were sequestered in a below the stairs room; nice touch. Everything is well thought out with kitchen well stocked. They even have children’s plastic dishes and utensils. The beds slept well and bedrooms are spacious. The home would sleep 8 but as mentioned there were only 4 adults. We loved that our golf cart rental was seamless with it being delivered to the home and picked up . There was convenient beach access and there is a reservoir directly in the back of this property with a boardwalk that you can fish from. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
