Relax in this contemporary holiday home in the heart of Istria in western Croatia. Bungalow Leni sleeps 5 and is in a quiet neighborhood, on the edge of the village of Stinja. Guests have unspoiled nature and glorious beaches on their doorstep. It is the ideal holiday base for friends or family who want to explore Croatia’s stunning beaches and countryside.
The main entrance is via a comfortable veranda which is well-shaded and furnished with a sofa and armchairs, so that guests can enjoy their quiet surroundings, looking out over the paved shared garden.
The front door opens into the open-plan living area which includes a stylish L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a dining table for 6 and a new fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a drip coffee machine.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and French windows opening onto the veranda.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa converts into a comfortable single bed.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, basin, washing machine and WC
Extras: There is a second independent WC with a basin.

Set in the lovely village of Stinja, the bungalow is only 20 minutes from Pula.
Close by visitors can enjoy Kanlić Beach (ideal for sunbathers and swimmers); Lučica Beach (an idyllic, quiet beach); Hidrobaza Beach (with beach bars and leisure activities) and Fažana, Peroj, and Barbariga (with cosy cafés, ice cream parlors and excellent restaurants).
The area is easy to explore by bike, which gives you better access to some of the remoter beaches and bays.
The historic city of Pula makes an unmissable day trip. It is home to one of the best-preserved amphitheatres in the world, the Pula Arena. Visitors can explore most of the city on foot and see the Temple of Augustus and the Forum, as well as the impressive citadel. The Forum is the city’s central square, full of cafés and excellent restaurants. Close by you will find narrow streets, are packed with history and cute boutiques.
For self-catering there is a grocery store 2 minutes’ walk from the house, but for something more vibrant, visit Pula’s City Farmer’s Market (15-minute drive). This is the place to pick up the freshest local ingredients including fish and meat. It is open every day except Sunday.
Pula International Airport is just 20 minutes away.
