Clean & Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with elevator. 5 mins walk to PeacePark. 1 train ride from Hiroshima sta via streetcar. Good for 9 people. The Japanese tatami room can turn into bedroom for 3 futons or kotatsu table can be set up during winter time. Kitchen with basic cooking needs & dining area. Separate toilet & bath. Washing machine. AC with heating function. All you need for a comfortable stay while you explore the city.

Bedroom 1 : 2x Queen size bed (sleeps 4 adult)
Bedroom 2 : 1x Queen size bed ( sleeps 2 adult)
Living / Tatami Room: 3x Single Japanese futon
Note: Futons are self-service
Total: 9 adults can sleep comfortably

Guest Access:
You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests.The room is a completely private space, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay as if you were at home.
The Neighborhood:
In a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to Peace Park. Surrounded with convenience stores, nearby supermarkets and restaurants. 3 mins walk to streetcar.
Getting Around:
・From Hiroshima Station via City Tram
Exit from the South Exit of Hiroshima Station and take tram Line 2 (Miyajimaguchi) or,Line 6 (Eba). Get off at Honkawa-cho station.
The destination is a 5-minute walk from there.
・From Hiroshima Airport
Take the limousine bus bound for Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit, which takes approximately 50 minutes.
Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, follow the tram instructions above to reach your destination.
Other Things to Note:
This property has no front desk.
All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival.
After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID.
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Please adhere to these times, as we need to clean for the next guest.
No smoking inside the unit.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed.
No Cleaning During Your Stay:
For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed.
Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law):
All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number.
CCTV/Security Camera:
For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.
Luggage Drop Off:
You may drop off your luggage before check-in if needed (self-service only), but we cannot store luggage after check-out.
