We were confused when we arrived as we could not find the hotel the entrance is a door way next to a bar and tattoo shop. And it was dark when we arrived. Once we buzzed up. The staff were really friendly the room was exactally as the picture plus tea/ coffee. Facility’s and a hairdryer. It could be a bit noisy in evening but that’s to be expected given location the room was spotless. And cleaners kept it that way with fresh towels daily. We ordered breakfast once it’is a basket. Filled with cold meats cheese ,fruit ,bread ,Yoghurt jams and drinks Way too much food location of this hotel is perfect. For shopping and the main square. There’s stairs up to the bed rooms. We were on second floor and it was no problem. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Great service - a cool little place in the middle of Krakow.
I only had one night to stay, but the receptionist gave me some really good tips and recommendations for what I could see and where I should eat.
Overall, I got much more than I expected!
