    Customer service was terrible. We booked for 3 people and they gave us a double bed and a mattress on the floor. I told them that it is not acceptable and they wanted me to pay more. I had to call Agoda before they gave us a room for 3, not recommended at all . Wasted so much of our time calling and we were already very tired and having to deal with this crap.
