About this house rental
The house is located in a 2500 m2 relaxing and calm garden with mandarin trees. You can easily reach to the beach passing through our mandarin trees while recognizing the nice aromatic odours of the trees.

We spent 2 weeks in this peaceful house. It is surrounded by a green mandarin garden, but it is not far from the main road and near to a sand beach where you can admire a superb sunset.
The house is well furnished as there is all you need as if it were your home.
We always had our meals in the terrace on the ground floor as the hot temperature was always mitigated by the wind and above all the weather is very dry.
On the second floor each bedroom has its own terrace where you see part of the beach and the sea.There is no aircon in the house, we were a bit scared about it as we live in an area where,due to humidity, you could barely breathe without aircon. Well, we didn't feel the need of it, also because there is a ceiling fan in each bedroom and the sea air also cooled the rooms a lot. Just next to the house there is restaurant with a swimming pool, and we could use it for free. We also had some meals there and we do suggest it.
One plus point of the house is that it is located close to many other beautiful beaches, some famous archaeological sites, and towns such Sirince and Kusadasi.
Last but not least,the landlady was so lovely and was always very kind and helpful with us. She always answered to all our questions and requests promptly. Also, our neighbours (who have a nice yard with lots of animals much appreciated by our girls) were also really kind to us and even delighted us with some delicious Turkish pastries. A great holiday where we left a piece of ourheart.
