Needed a private room and private bathroom and this hostel had everything I needed, right in Old Town. Aside from the privacy and access to my own amenities, the staff were also pretty easy to talk to. The owner is very pleasant and incredibly easy to communicate with. I booked the wrong dates in Agoda and had to cancel last minute and the owner agreed to just refund me. Pleasant person, which makes this hostel even better to stay at. It's during unexpected incidents like this that really test the experience of the accommodation.

The dorm was cold and dark, perfect for sleeping. Only problem are only 2 bathrooms and they're on a different floor.

The location is just okay—there are several restaurants nearby, but the nearest convenience store is quite a walk. The staff are nice, and the room is small but clean and decent. They also offer free water, coffee, and a common lounging area, which is a plus.
However, the biggest issue is their lack of responsiveness. They haven’t returned my deposit, and the posted contact number doesn’t work—calls don’t go through, and no one answers.
I also accidentally left something in my room along with the keycard, but since no one was available to assist, I had no choice but to leave without recovering my tumbler or deposit. Other guests who checked out around the same time had the same issue. They need to post a working number and actually respond to guests.
