You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Television, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the "Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre" metro station, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
