This home is located within minutes of Manassas National Battlefield Park, Splashdown Waterpark, KO distilling, Hylton Performing Arts Center and many restaurants and shops, and only 35 minutes from Washington DC and 20 minutes away from IAD/Reston/Fairfax- Washington Dulles International Airport.

This is an amazing two-level single family home that sits on 0.34 acres of land and has an open floor plan concept. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home features hardwood flooring throughout.. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are a total of 7 flat screen TV’s located in this home, 5 in the bedrooms, 1 in the family room, and 1 in the basement. The basement includes a large billiard table, Second kitchen, Basket Ball Arcade and Fireplace. High speed internet (500 Mbps) is included in your stay for all of your business and personal needs. The kitchen is fully stocked to ensure you have everything needed to cook almost all of your favorite home made meals. There is a fully equipped laundry room with items such as laundry detergent, an ironing board, and multiple irons available for your use. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap to last about 3-5 days. There is also plenty of storage areas and closets throughout the house for your convenience.
The driveway holds up to 2 cars - any additional cars can park on the street. Lots of parking available on the street.
**COVID-19 professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest. Our cleaners follow the strict standards and guidelines provided by the World Health Organization.

If you need any assistance host can be reached any time thru the phone or messages.
No shoes allowed on carpet or rugs. Any major stains found can result in fees up to $750.00.
- Pets allowed with a pet fee of $129 and please ask management.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors - $750

- You must provide an accurate guest count.
- Suitable for children (2-12 years)
- No parties or events - undisclosed guests warrants immediate eviction and additional fees up to $1500.
- Quiet hours is after 10pm.
- Lock and secure the property when going out.
-Use the supplied candles wisely - put out flames when going out and before bed time.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Please treat this home as if it were yours and leave the property as you found it. This home is for not events, conferences or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $250.00.
- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners` schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property.
Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.
- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property and the garage space. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident. The cameras are only placed outside and in the garage space.
- This property is equipped with a smart fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Any detection of smoke will alert management by text message. Please check to make sure stove top and oven are turned off before going out and bed time.
- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 5 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.

Great house, lots of space on the inside. Was freezing when we got there but warmed up by night. Communication from the host was inadequate, often 10 hours after a message. Had to call a few times to get the code for check in.

We probably should have sorted out the details for how to get inside earlier, but once we made it in the house was perfect. Everything was just as shown in the listing and the host was very helpful. Highly recommend!
