Sunkissed is a beautiful elevated townhome that is located in Holmes Beach-just a short stroll to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This great property offers more than just a fantastic and central location but also features a private pool with a covered pool-side lanai which provides the ideal resting place after a day at the beach.
This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home features fabulous high ceilings in the open floor living area. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters makes any meal preparation a breeze. Eat at the breakfast bar or for extra seating options, there is also a dining area located directly off of the kitchen. The patio overlooking the pool and backyard is a fantastic spot for enjoying your morning coffee. Equipped with multiple decks, you can also enjoy the views from the balcony off of the Master bedroom.
Sunkissed offers a great location, fantastic backyard, and beautiful furnishings inside. Enjoy an easy walk to the beach or explore the rest of the Island with the conveniently located Trolley Stop just a short walk away. This convenient Island service is free of charge and runs from the North end of the Island to the South from early mornings until the late evenings. At Sunkissed you truly have it all!

Sunkissed offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, conveniently accommodating 6. The Master ensuite has a King size bed and is located on the main living level along with the shared half bathroom. The remaining bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a twin bunk bed and a day bed in the third bedroom.
EXTERIOR
Sunkissed features a beautiful backyard adorned with a private pool, covered pool side lanai, and tropical landscaping. Enjoy quality time spent outdoors simply enjoying the pool or indulging in an outdoor meal together. The gas grill is ideal for grilling up the catch of the day or simply explore the local restaurants conveniently located within walking distance. The free trolley stop is directly across the road. Within walking distance is the Holmes Beach City Park, Skate Park and Public Tennis Courts. There is also a boat ramp a short drive from the property.
Pool and Spa heat is $150.00/wk.
Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be reached at all times. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additonal cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
This property welcomes any day arrival for the months of August-January. Other months require manager approval.

The house was extremely comfortable and well stocked. The pool area was a gem although if i could change one thing it would be the traffic noise but thats just because of its location, not enough to deter me from staying there again. Overall one of the best rentals weve stayed in. AMI is a gem!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Sunkissed, the first time coming to Florida and to Anna Maria Island, and we love it! House was clean, well equipped, the pool was wonderful although smaller than what it looks like in the pictures! But overall the house was cozy and beautiful!
Thank you so much, we definitely recomend Sunkissed and definitely will come back!

The house was wonderful; it had room for our family and a fabulous pool/outdoor area. That said, it was RIGHT next to a busy road. You could hear cars passing all day and night. It was walking distance to the beach, though, so that offset the street noise. The company was SUPER responsive to issues, but we did encounter more problems than we would have liked. The grill had 2 tanks of propane, both of which were not full. We rented the house for a month and it would have been nice if the property company did their due diligence and checked to ensure we had at least one full propane tank. The pool filtration system broke, the people who fixed it found a broken valve which needed fixing, and there was tons of mold in the ice maker, which also needed fixing. And then we had a big leak under the kitchen sink, which required a plumber. As our family was being super cautious due to COVID, it was not ideal to have so many strangers on property to fix all these problems. Overall, the stay was good, but considering the amount of money we spent to rent the house for one month, it would have been nice not to encounter so many issues during our four week stay.
